I believe that we are resurrecting and re-building ourselves with every step,

and that there is great support walking along with us all the way.

 

Even when I had just come of age, I began to notice guidance coming out of nowhere

and calling my attention to my own ruts while also opening inner passages through the turmoil.  Years have passed and now I see that my journey is shaped like an upward spiral.  As I circle through the components of my life, I intend to bring each one to a higher level.  Some facets don't respond immediately, while others upgrade seamlessly.  Altogether, my spiral stays intact, and my discovery process is never done.

 

Going beyond the surface of methods developed for public services such as health, mental health, and education, I found meaning in the practices of ancient cultures.  I gained advanced experiential training and interactive exposure to native shamans practicing healing in their traditional contexts.  Consequently, I could pair some of those aspects with modern somatic psychology practices, so that people in a modern context could be guided towards greater clarity and congruence in life.  Creating my tapestry prepared me to shine light on your weaving process and help you to embellish it with authentic threads from your inner spinning wheel.
